Role Overview

An opening has arisen for an Estate Administrator to support a dynamic, exciting and busy property management team. With a unique and varied workload, the role requires someone proactive and who wishes to make a difference to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day to day support to the team in managing our clients' property portfolios Maintain property management database with tenancy and compliance data, ensuring compliance issues are kept up to date Act as first point of contact for tenants and contractors for property repairs and maintenance Maintain property files Provide systems support to colleagues Arrange compliance inspections Maintain records and generate reports Obtain quotations and arrange contractor visits and works orders for both planned and reactive maintenance and minor works, monitoring their progress Facilitate prompt payments to contractors Maintain the Tenancy Deposit Scheme process Key Skills

Property Management experience (desirable but not essential) Property database management (desirable but not essential) Excellent IT skills Experience in clear communication and organisational skills Working within a team but able to take responsibility and undertake work on own initiative Strong attention to detail Team Overview

The Rural Management department in Winchester is a fast–paced department made up of 5 directors, 8 surveyors' including graduates, and 2 estate administrators within a multi–disciplined office of 50 staff. The Estate Administrators work across a number of teams to proactively manage our clients' diverse property portfolios. The role would suit someone able to work at a fast accurate pace, and is able to work to provide an effective support role.
