Liberty has an exciting opportunity for an Environmental & Arboriculture Co-ordinator to join our team, based in Salford. Responsibilities for this Environmental & Arboriculture Co-ordinator will include:
Organising, supervising and monitoring of the front-line service delivery staff in Grounds Maintenance and Arboriculture services
Co-ordinate the efficient use of material, tools, plant and equipment
Ensure that works are completed within agreed specifications and timeframes
Undertake HR related activities including recruitment and selection, discipline, grievance, appraisal and sickness counselling
Assist in training and development of staff
Co-ordinate vehicle requirements, repairs and hire in consultation with the fleet team
Undertake admin tasks including maintaining records, preparing reports and authorising timesheets and bonus journals
Maintain and update records and estimate the cost and time requirement of works outside of specification
What we are looking for in our ideal Environmental & Arboriculture
Co-ordinator:
GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English. HND or NVQ Level 3 in Horticulture and / or NEBBS Supervisory Management or equivalent/ management qualification. CS30, CS31, CS38 & CS39. Emergency First Aid at Work +F (Desirable). Current valid driving license essential.
