As one of our specialist recruiters, you'll manage your own niche market within the growing technology industry in Ireland, and this will require you to network with clients and IT professionals seeking employment. Typical responsibilities include:

Advertising and marketing vacanciesSourcing and interviewing candidatesBuilding relationships with your candidates and providing market insightBuilding rapport with clients, and generating new businessPresenting your candidates to your clients, scheduling interviews, and providing appropriate feedbackNegotiating salaries, managing expectations, and handling the offer process

Expected Earnings

Year 1 OTE 35-45K

Year 2 45-60K+

Year 3 60K+

Year 4 100K+
