The house is a working respectful clean relaxing house all major bills included. You wouldn’t hear loud music tv gaming phone talking. It’s a house to relax after a hard days night weekend work. This is the way the Tennant in the house like to live.

Must take shoes off at door. Tennant don’t really have visitors but if you do they must respect the house take shoes off.
