Effectively delivering a program of machine refurbishments, installation and managing the production schedule.Reporting into the Managing Director, you will work collaboratively to ensure that all functions are running as efficiently as possible. Manage a team of engineers to uninstall, refurbish and reinstall machinery.Manage a team of engineers to install newly purchased equipment.Be responsible for the budget, materials ordering and delivery of projects.Manage the Maintenance Engineer to provide adequately maintained equipment with regards to uptime, planned maintenance and critical spares.Provide engineering solutions for new product introduction.Lead monthly quality meeting and coach direct reports to deliver product quality improvements.Ensure equipment is maintained to allow the correct efficiency with regards speeds and feeds.Manage a schedule of planned facility maintenance.Manage direct reports to deliver a pre-determined production schedule.Be a key part of the senior management team and assume site responsibility in the General Managers absence. What you need to succeed?
