Role: Engineering and Customer Services Manager

Location: Bromsgrove (on-site, remote working opportunity after passing probation)

Salary: Circa GBP70,000 + commission and bonus (OTE circa GBP100,000)

On behalf of our client, A World leading and multi-national provider of specialized metalwork machining solutions, they offer a wide range of precision tools for milling, turning, drilling and threading applications.

As an Engineering and Customer Services Manager, you will manage the Internal Sales and Engineering teams. Experience of managing such Teams would be advantageous.

To give you an idea of how this Engineering and Customer Services Manager role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

Be responsible for the management of the Internal sales and engineering teamsDirect higher-level engineering and sales tasks which will interface with other specialist departments.Develop your team and work setting, ensuring that our customer and business KPI s are met and exceeded.Develop working methods and the efficient delivery of the design, quotation, order and project processes. To apply for this Engineering and Customer Services Manager role, you will need experience managing an internal sales/technical department. You will also require the following:

Experience in performance management, and a track record coordinating the team members and their development.Knowledge of stakeholder requirements and service offering, using experience in SAP or equivalent CRMs related to internal sales, engineering and product.Experience in networking, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement. In return for your dedication, collaboration and commitment, you ll receive a salary of circa GBP70,000 with a commission and bonus structure with an OTE of circa GBP100,000.
