My client is actively seeking a pro-active and motivated Contract Support Co-ordinator to join their fast-paced facilities team on a full-time permanent basis.
LOCATION: PETERBOROUGH
SALARY: GBP25,(Apply online only) - GBP30,(Apply online only)
HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Not for the faint hearted, this is an important role within the organisation that is fast paced, demanding and involves managing a high volume of workflows whilst providing the very best in service.
The role requires someone with resilience, a strong character and the ability to work well within a high-spirited environment.
The ability to multi-task is paramount, whilst ensuring a high standard of work is produced.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Allocating jobs to engineers and sub-contractorsLiaising with clients to update them on progress of worksRaising purchase ordersProducing reports on a monthly basis for management Updating and maintaining Work In Progress reports Creating quotes and uploading onto internal systemProviding full administrative support to the team and management We are looking to speak with candidates that hold similar experience or have worked within the following roles: Contract Support, Facilities Management, Project Co-ordination, Service Controller or Scheduler etc
The Ideal Candidate:
