Tenancy Cleaning (Moving in / Moving out cleaning)

Our bespoke Tenancy cleaning service is very effective for customers that require a professional cleaning service in Birmingham. We are available to arrange last minute bookings for customers and you can book up to 6 months in advance (secured deposit will be required). We always provide all cleaning equipment and solutions, you will not have to provide anything. We will give you an estimate duration and a quote based on the information provided when you book. Prices are not per hour, all quotes are based on the properties size, condition and location.

Regular Home Maintenance Cleaning

£35 one-off fee, plus £13.50 per/ hour - Duties include; light general duties such as washing up, loading the dishwasher, packing away utensils, light dusting, vacuuming, mopping, washing linen, hanging clothing on the line, wiping surfaces, glass cleaning, folding small amounts clothes. We also detail bathrooms by wiping over surfaces and cleaning bathtubs. Additional services can include ironing, decluttering, spreading beds with linen.

Airbnb Housekeeping Services

We charge a flat rate of £60 per hour for our Housekeeping Services for Airbnb properties. We ask for a minimum of 2 hours per booking. We will manage the property from the cleanliness and report repairs or mishaps we have been made aware of. We will replenish tea, coffee and other consumables provided by you. We will detail clean all rooms and general areas of the property ready for your new customers. We will take all linen to the local launderette's for a full professional clean.

Deep Cleaning Services

Our costs for this service will be either an hourly rate or a fixed cost. This depends on the location, condition of the property and time of the booking. We advise customers to book deep cleaning in advance so we can try to schedule you in and secure the date and time you desire. If your booking is not confirmed the date you desire may be taken by another customer. We will provide all cleaning equipment and supplies required to complete each job. We may also provide a team of contractors to complete the job depending on the condition. Please be advised that if your booking exceeds £200 we will require 50% of the overall cost before your booking is confirmed. This will need to be paid at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking date. We also may require a non-refundable deposit of £100 if your booking does not exceed £200.

Duties include; We include full kitchen detailing - wipe down of all surfaces, cupboards, sink tops, fridge, floors, walls and doors. We will clean to the best of our ability. We will not clean on matt paint. The bathroom will receive a full detailed clean which includes all tiles, bathtub, sink, behind sink and toilet, inside toilets rim/bowl, ledges, floors will be vacuumed and mopped. General areas - skirting boards will be cleaned, windows will be cleaned, cob webs removed, floors vacuumed and mopped. Cupboards cleaned and dusted, all window glass cleaned, all tiles cleaned with steam and descaling. All rubbish will be removed and moved to the bin area or front of the property, we will not be responsible for taking litter/bins to dispose of. At an additional cost we can clean ovens inside and outside, clean vents and backdrop. We can also clean carpets, rugs and upholstery such as sofa's, chairs and beds.
