As an employment lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice on employment related disputes and managing legal risks under employment law. You will also be responsible for drafting contracts, policies, and other related documents, as well as advising on the employment aspects associated with mergers, acquisitions, and asset sales.
To be successful in this role, you must have significant experience in employment law, ideally with at least 3 years PQE and strong commercial awareness. You should also have a proven track record in business development and networking, as this will be a key aspect of the role.
