The Opportunity
The firm are looking to welcome an Employment Solicitor (Associate or Senior Associate) to their Legal 500 ranked department.
The successful candidate can be expected to advise employers and employees on all areas of employment law, with an employer bias caseload. The work is both contentious and non-contentious, covering the following:
Settlement agreementsEmployment contractsRedundancy and dismissalDiscriminationGrievance hearings and tribunalsIn addition to fee earning, you will have the opportunity to mentor juniors in the team.
There is a very clear progression path for Associates looking to secure Senior Associate.
