Fast forward to 2023 and they are now the largest construction trade association in Scotland, with around 1,250 member businesses and these member business provide employment for around 15,000 individuals and 3,500 apprentices.
Our client delivers training yearly to around 3,500 electricians and with them being a not for profit organisation, with all income then invested into the members services.
Now, which is a rare occasion they have a permanent opportunity to work in a team of around 5.
What is on offer?
Starting salary GBP21,288 35 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8.30am until 5pm, Friday 8.30am until 2.30pm Healthcare Pension 30 days holiday inclusive of public and bank 60/40 hybrid and office working What does the role involve?
Processing ECS card applications within timescales and be the main point of contact for any enquiries or queries Processing and updating apprentice and adult trainee registration details Maintaining and updating spreadsheets accurately Reviewing registration forms Logging applications on a daily basis Reviewing applications to ensure they include the relevant qualifications, and where required contact individuals in terms of criteria/requirements Working on internal systems inputting accurate data and information daily Email inbox management with enquiries and queries Assisting with the maintenance of ISO 9001: 2015 always Data log support Invigilate ECS HS&E Assessment sessions, giving clear instructions to candidates and maintaining exam conditions Create and mark HS&E Assessments within agreed timescales Provide advice to Members, non-members and individuals on all aspects of ECS along with other duties and key responsibilities. What do we require?
