This top local Law firm who has an excellent representation both with their clients and staff are looking to recruit an Employment Lawyer to join their busy team. The successful candidate to be an Employment Lawyer will need the following:
1) A commercially-minded ambitious employment and litigation lawyer.
2) Ideally a solicitor with up to 5 years PQE or an experienced Chartered Legal Executive.
3) Committed to help with further development of an already thriving employment practice.
4) Shares the firm's values of excellence, teamwork and dedication.
Employment Lawyer role:
1) Advising both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law and HR.
2) Managing employment tribunal and county court litigation.
3) Advising on Settlement Agreements.
4) Drafting employment contracts, handbooks and policies.
5) Dealing with TUPE and transactional work.
