Location: Dundee, DD2 3QN.

Salary: GBP27,990 per annum.

Contract: Full time, permanent.

Your role, as an Employment Coordinator is to provide support to people who have barriers to work to make progress towards and achieve well paid, sustainable employment.

Your role will involve delivering on our Individualised Placement and Support (IPS) service in Dundee. This is a service that is designed to support individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions, following the 8 evidence-based principles of IPS. These include a focus on competitive employment, zero exclusion, open to all who want to work; and close integration with mental health teams, as such this post is co-located within the NHS Tayside Community Mental Health team at the Alloway Centre. The IPS service in Dundee is one of the few in Scotland to have a fidelity rating of exemplary, this post will see you join an existing team delivering a quality service to all participants who access it.
