To attract, register, support and progress programme participants.Use a variety of techniques to influence participants perception of working and therefore achieve sustainable employment, including effective diagnosis, coaching and training on a one–to–one or group basis, action planning and health & wellbeing support.Deliver the programme both in fixed locations, co–location sites and community venues, to ensure our services are accessible to all.Manage own workload/diary and adhere to deadlines.Work to and achieve strict sales targets.Help participants identify barriers and achieve a better lifestyle for themselves by pushing and promoting the benefits of being in paid work. About You as the Employment Advisor:
Must hold a valid UK driving licenceA can–do, upbeat and energetic attitude.Self–motivated and looking for a unique challenge.Confident delivering employability support both one–to–one and in group settings.Excellent local knowledge of support services and employment opportunities.Able to show compassion and build rapport with participants.Able to motivate participants and support them to achieve their goals.Thrives on challenging targets.Passionate about helping people to achieve their potential.Be dependable, reliable, trustworthy and capable of exercising diplomacy.
