Customer Service Advisor
I am delighted to be recruiting on behalf of my amazing client for a Customer Service Advisor based in Crewe. The role has become available due to company growth, so it's a really exciting time to join the team!
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary starts at 21,319 + 3,000 bonus!
As a Services Advisor, you will be the first point of contact and your duties will include:
Ensuring the highest-level customer experience
Handling enquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner via email, live chat and telephone
Recording all essential information accurately and relaying to the relevant department
Audit Reports
Continually seek to improve methods and processes.
The successful applicant will have a positive and committed approach, excellent customer service and communication skills, great problem solving skills, be self-motivated with a great work ethic, and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Previous experience is desirable, but not essential as full training and support will be provided.
