Employee Relations Manager GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 Open to full time or part-time hours Elevation HR are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations Manager to join one of their National Construction clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving employee relations within the organisation, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have will possess a deep understanding of employee relations, labour laws, collective bargaining agreements and will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, fostering positive labour relations, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

Manage and resolve employee relations issues to promote a positive and harmonious work environmentConduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomesProvide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution Policy Development & Compliance:

Develop and HR policies and procedures in alignment with relevant employment laws and organisational goalsStay abreast of changes in labour laws and regulations to ensure the organisation's complianceConduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Conflict Resolution

Serve as the primary point of contact for labour unions and employee representatives.Negotiate collective bargaining agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirementsCollaborate with union leaders to address concerns, disputes, and negotiate favourable outcomes What we are looking for:

Ideally CIPD Qualified level 5 or aboveIn-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practicesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisationExcellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information This is a site based role and our client is open to full time or part-time hours
