EMEA Payroll Specialist

This role can be based in the UK, Netherlands or Romania and will be working from home going into the Manchester or London office once per month if UK based.

Basic salary up to GBP45,000 depending on experiene plus excellent benefits

My client, a global company is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with experience of supporting payroll providers to manage and oversee the monthly payroll operations as well as the accurate payment of salaries within EMEA. Excellent career development.

Candidates must be fluent in English, written and spoken, an additional European language would be highly desirable, but not essential.

You will have a "hands-on" approach and be adaptable to change and a supportive collaborator with ability to use your own initiative to investigate further to make timely decisions.

This role requires excellent communication skills, written and spoken with the ability to collaborate clearly with partners across the business.

Candidate Skills

Experience in processing EMEA payroll and knowledge of country legislations with strong diligence is essentialProficient user of MS Office (Excel - VLOOKUP and pivot table knowledge essential)Experience of managing outsourced payrolls ideally with ADP Celergo or similarComfortable liaising and manging key relationships with key stakeholders Duties

You will process the Dutch, German, Belgium, Ireland & UK payrolls and administer and audit monthly payroll and declarations made by payroll providers.Ensure all payroll processes are up to date and compliant with European laws and regulationsYou work closely with HR and internal stakeholders to ensure processing accuracy and data integrity and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reportingProven ability to monitor inbound payroll queries and resolve these accordinglyCollaborate with the EMEA Payroll Manager on internal projectsAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and best practice and identify opportunities for process improvements. Manage any associated tasks to support the business requires in payroll and HR
