Electrician, Glasgow, Salary GBP35,000 to GBP38,000 per annum, Static Site Based Opportunity with Free Parking + Company Pension + Other Benefits!

Working Hours - Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm

Electrician required to join an exceptional team within a leading Facilities Management company providing planned and reactive electrical maintenance. The Electrician will play a key role supporting the multiskilled engineering team in this onsite static role.

Applications are invited from Electricians who can demonstrate a strong facilities management or building services background with experience in PPM's and reactive maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities of the Electrician:

Undertake planned preventative maintenance, including monthly lighting and plant checks and general building maintenance. Carry out reactive electrical works i.e., repairs to internal and external lighting and distribution boards. Routine PPM visits & reactive repairs (when required) to electrical assets around the site. Supervise and support subcontractors onsite for PPM/reactive works.

Requirements of the Electrician:

18th Edition (BS7671) City & Guilds /SVQ: Level II/III - Electrical Installations Be able to demonstrate a solid background working within the facilities management or building services industry.
