Description

Ensuring service reports are technically validated while ensuring value for money, environmental sustainability, and full statutory compliance.Managing the delivery of efficient Electrical inspection and repair programmes.Undertake regular Electrical and Health & Safety audits of works undertaken by Contractors.Hold responsibility for the successful delivery of work programmes relating to electrical testing and fire safety system's across the commercial asset's, delivered by internal teams or Contractors.Profile

The successful candidate will hold experience in a similar electrical qualifying supervisory position with relevant qualifications, preferably within a Social Housing/residential environment.
