ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE OPERATOR - INSIDE IR35 - VIA UMBRELLA - GBP24.46 PER HOUR - BPSS - BOLTON - 12 MONTHS - SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS

Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Operator to work an insitial 12 month deal from our client's site over in Bolton.

Responsibilities: As the Electrical Maintenance Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Fault finding and subsequent repair of cable assemblies.Conducting surface mount repair on CCAs (Circuit Card Assemblies).Maintaining and repairing test/measuring equipment to component level.Performing PAT testing across the manufacturing site.Interrogating drawings during fault-finding activities.Conducting safety systems testing of Test & Measuring equipment in line with documented procedures.Providing technical support to facilitate the efficient servicing of STTE for production testing of hardware and repair phases of the contract.Maintaining excellent workspace husbandry disciplines.Ensuring a high degree of tool control and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) practices.Assisting with the maintenance of manufacturing aids as and when required. Skillset/Experience Required: The successful Electrical Maintenance Operator should have the following skills and experience:

Formal technical engineering/craft apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21.Formal further education certificate to ONC or equivalent.City & Guilds in Electrical Studies Parts 2 & 3 (desirable).IPC 620 & Dynamic Cabling certified/trained (preferred).Experience in electrical wiring and assembly.Previous experience in the aerospace or defence industry (desirable).Manual handling training.
