The client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. They are recruiting an Electrical Engineer to join the team located in Surrey.

Purpose of Job

To ensure client satisfaction and perception by providing effective planned and reactive Electrical maintenance/repairs to site including processes and procedures. Provide support and assistance to Account Manager Key Responsibilities

Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices. Organise and if necessary, assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems. Formulating, Assessing and Validating Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Preparation of quotations to client when required, Skills & Qualifications

Experience working in Facilities Management. Educated in an Electrical discipline. Able to be mobile and respond to any urgent queries from the customer which may require site attendance. Hospital/Healthcare Experience is desirable. Needs to be able to maintain high standards of service levels with the team. Plus Points
