Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Multi-Skilled)

Location: Briton Ferry

Industry: Manufacturing

Pay: Starting at GBP48082/22.36p/h rising to GBP55534/GBP25.35p/h (following assessment) + OT = earnings of GBP60000 and upwards

Overtime: x1.5 Mon-Fri and x2 on Sundays

Shift: 6:30-6:hr week

Week 1: Mon & Tues (Days), Wed & Thurs (Off), Fri,Sat & Sun (Nights)

Week 2: Mon & Tues (Off), Wed & Thurs (Days), Fri, Sat & Sun (Off)

Week 3: Mon & Tues (Nights), Wed & Thurs (Off), Fri, Sat & Sun (Days)

Week 4: Mon & Tues (Off), Wed & Thurs (Nights), Fri, Sat & Sun (Off) rotates back to Wk1.

Holidays: 20 days increasing every year up to 25 days

Overview:

With manufacturing facilities located across the globe you will be working in an automated production environment that will involve projects, installations along with planned and reactive maintenance.

Key responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer role:

• To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.

• Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns

• PPM s

The ideal candidate / Electrical Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following experiences, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

• Knowledge of safety circuits, Invertors, how relays operate, speed control systems

• A mechanical understanding would be advantageous gearboxes, pumps, pneumatics

• Knowledge of PLC s advantageous

• Electrically qualified Must be able to present these at interview
