Maxwell Consultancy are working closely with an established manufacturer in their search for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer. This is a full time, permanent position working from their state of the art premises in Glasgow.

What's required?

Time served Electrical Maintenance Engineer

HND or equivalent qualification

17th edition electrical

5 years experience working within heavy engineering / manufacturing

Working with gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, rotating equipment

Maintenance work on motor, switchgear, transformer, breaker, switches

Repair, servicing or replacement of electrical components

Perform checking of LUX and replacement of defective lighting.

Ensuring the permit to work systems are strictly adhered to

Route Cause Analysis of plant failure or issues

Coordinate with other departments to facilitate repair and inspection work

Responsible for ensuring good housekeeping
