Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

To undertake all aspects of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, small projects and Help Desk Calls in accordance with both client and company requirements To manage and monitor the building operational functions Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order at all times Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works. Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared, and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices at all times. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

All aspects of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, and Help Desk Calls managed and completed whilst on shift. BMS Knowledge Experience (Essential) of maintaining all relevant mechanical and electrical equipment to clearly defined criteria Qualified Electrician
