Location - Reading / Basingstoke Area

Salary: 34,400 to 43,000 (dependent on experience)

You will be part of a team of eLearning professionals providing Digital Learning Solutions to support AWE Learning Management Systems. You will be involved in the management of our catalogue of eLearning content modules and for applying all necessary standards, process and procedures required to exploit Digital Learning solutions.

Maintenance of the AWE library of digital learning content modules, including its periodic review.Development of new and revised digital learning solutions to fulfil authorised demands.Implementation of an agreed digital learning support model including ownership of all content development software, quality control and accessibility standards.Promote the AWE standard for eLearning content with training owners and sponsors to enable externally provided content to be incorporated into the AWE library of digital learning content seamlessly.Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality and be a great team player.

Essential Experience

Experience of developing eLearning content and their application within a Learning Management System (e.g. Saba Cloud)Experience in improvement and development work across HR systems and processesProject management experienceExperience of driving results in a multi-faceted, demand-led environment

This job role is suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station) and working from home as a personal choice. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.

The successful candidate is required to carry out all their duties from a UK location and cannot do so from an overseas location at any time.
