As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and candidates, understanding their needs, and matching the right talent to the right opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in sales, as we welcome candidates from various sales sectors to bring their expertise to the world of education recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting Schools meetings to understand their hiring needs and requirementsSourcing and screening candidates through various channelsBuilding and maintaining a strong candidate pipelineProviding excellent customer service to both clients and candidatesMeeting and exceeding sales targetsRequirements:

Proven sales experience in any sector (outside of recruitment)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAmbitious and target-drivenAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong negotiation skillsResilience and a positive attitudeWhat We Offer:
