We are recruiting for a E-com and Digital Manager to join a leading global retailer, selling D2C and B2B through its website, and third parties.
As the eCommerce and Digital Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the online website sales and operations of the e-commerce platform.
You will be responsible for optimizing the website, driving organic traffic growth, conversion rate growth, improving user experience, and ensuring the overall success of our online business. This role requires a deep understanding of ecommerce strategies, SEO, CRO, social and digital marketing, and online consumer behaviour.
You will be responsible for optimizing the online shopping experience and driving sales on an e-commerce platform. Their job involves managing product assortment, pricing, and promotions to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably within retail. Proven track record of successfully driving online sales growth and managing eCommerce platforms (preferably ShopifyPlus) Proficiency in analytics tools to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
