The cost for this 12 week course will be £180 but I’m also giving an option for paying for just 10 weeks of £150 as I know it’s difficult to attend every class. I would need to know the date in advance for that option.
There is a limit of 10 people per class - More attention and focus on you!
Own Mat is required. I provide resistance bands but feel free to bring your own if you have one.

Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture. It was created by German-born Joseph Pilates in the early 1900s and incorporates elements of yoga, martial art training exercises and Western forms of exercise.
This Dynamic Pilates class will strengthen and tone the whole body. As well as the conventional classical Pilates exercises this class also draws in conditioning exercises found in the gym/studio classes. Making this class more than just a standard Pilates class, the biggest aim of this class is to feel you've had a workout and also feel the effects afterwards.
This class is perfect for all levels from complete beginner to the avid Pilates goer.
