A manufacturing company near Oxford are looking for a Dry lay and Resin Infusion Processor reporting directly to the Composites Manager work within the dry lay-up and resin infusion area preparing and managing process of silicon bags to produce moulded parts.

Following process in this area which are responsible for:

Working with foam and ply reinforcement items used within infusion and wet lay moulding processes

Organization of cut parts into model specific kits and delivery to production in a timely manner.

Responsible for the dry lay-up of fabric and reinforcement across a range of mould tools to ensure optimization of material kits and process is achieved.

Responsible for the infusion of parts using silicon bag and RTM light processes, ensuring that process controls are adhered to and records maintained.

They are also looking for a Team Leader which requires you to have a "hands on" approach to lead the teams responsible for CNC cutting and preparation of kits and resin infusion processes.

This client is growing rapidly and only looking for reliable staff with recent similar experience and a strong work history looking for stability.

Hours are Monday - Friday 7.00am - 3.00pm, salary GBP25 - GBP26k depending on experience with full training given. 23 days holiday, a yearly bonus, Bupa Healthcare and contributed Pension along with plenty of free parking. Due to the location, you must have your own transport.
