I’m a 28 year old guitarist living in Southville, Bristol.

I’m currently looking for a drummer (in the 20-35 age range) to start a country noise rock duo with punk and garage elements - I’m very into Country Teasers, The Velvet Underground, The Fall, black midi, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Pixies, Swans etc.

It doesn't matter if you aren't a particularly experienced percussionist, as the songs would work fine with very straightforward rhythm keeping à la Bobby Gillespie's playing on Psychocandy. But by all means get in touch if you're a brilliant drummer who knows complex fills and time signatures (though equally if you're just someone who really likes the music and can keep a straight beat on a snare drum, you'll be very welcome indeed.)
