Driving Consultant

As a driving recruitment specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and placing candidates for various driving roles across a wide range of industries.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Utilise various sourcing strategies to identify and attract potential candidates for driving roles, including multi-drop, HGV, and other driving positions. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the company's applicant tracking system. Business Development:
Proactively identify and target new clients and business opportunities within the driving sector. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Develop and deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to showcase Pin Point Recruitment's services and attract new clients. Relationship Management:
Foster and strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their recruitment needs and providing exceptional customer service. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert knowledge and guidance on industry trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices. Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the wider Pin Point Recruitment team, including consultants from other sectors and offices, to leverage cross-selling opportunities and share market insights. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge sharing activities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment strategies. Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably with a focus on driving recruitment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and revenue goals. Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong understanding of the driving sector, including knowledge of industry regulations, licenses, and requirements. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
