Our prestigious client are a service focused, performance driven business, offering construction, maintenance and enhancement solutions to a diverse range of energy industry customers. They are currently recruiting for a Draughtsperson to support current and upcoming projects.

Job Purpose & Objective

To support in the overall delivery of the Group's business objectives, whilst implementing departmental procedures in line with Company standards.

Responsible for ensuring; -

that the fabrication facility is provided with the relevant draughting support to achieve efficient production of the finished product

that the relevant documented quality procedures are implemented within the drawing practice to ensure the drawing office activities are adequately controlled.

Areas of Responsibility: -

Quality Team Support Compliance (industry standards/regulations) Key Accountabilities: -

Ensure compliance and efficiency for all projects, within cost and resource parameters. Develop and grow positive working relationships with all levels (peers, teams, senior management, key stakeholders). Experience, Qualification and Attributes: -

Proficient in the use of "Autocad" 2D & 3D. Knowledge of offshore oil and gas subsea structures / topside structures - preferable. Knowledge of welded connections & understanding of welded structures - preferable. Knowledge of pipework detailing - advantageous. Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel etc). Can demonstrate effective time management. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Meet / achieve project deadlines, within a fast moving, dynamic industry. Ability to work with industry standards, codes & clients' specifications.
