I have a beautifully decorated double room to rent for a sister in à quite house in Barking on 22nd of January 2024 which includes a desk and comfortable chair . You also have your own shower / toilet and kitchenette which are newly renovated. Kitchen has electric plates to cook on . ´Microwave, toaster , kettle and electric oven also an air fryer and Fridge freezer ,sharing washing machine . 5 minute walk to town centre where you have Asda , Lidl and Barking station where you can travel via District line and Gospel Oak services . One month deposit of £200 ,6 months minimum stay . Must give one month notice to leave . Also prefer someone who is clean /tidy and not too noisy .

As I am muslim prefer the same due to halal requirements
