Double room for rent, on city road, less than 15 minutes from the university and 15 minutes from the city center. from january 26 to june 30. It is rented furnished, with two desks and a television (without a license) to connect with devices via HDMI. The house is big enough to share with 3 other people. students or professionals. The room has bedding, towels, pillows... perfect to move into. clean and tidy people. Possibility of bringing visitors (friends and family) prior notice with the rest of the tenants. There is an extra double mattress that fits perfectly in the room for your possible visits. Price 600 water, internet and council tax included, (energy pay separtly to one tennant) deposit of 600, the month of june is self-paid with the deposit. so that's really 5 payments out of 600 total plus 5 days of january. Payments month by month, except that the first one is double (and plus 5 days - 100pounds) and the last one is not paid since the first one was double. not contracts. feel free to write me and come see the house and the room but now is occupied by Erasmus student.
