I have a 5 bedroom house and I am looking to rent out 3 rooms that just became available.

I would like to rent to only people who are single as I wouldn’t want to have too many people in the house so everyone can have a bit of privacy.

The house is located on a quiet road in Leyton.

The house has one spacious shared bathroom with bath, shower and Toilet.

It has an additional toilet downstairs but with only toilet.

It also boast a very spacious kitchen downstairs.

The house also has a garden which will be ideal for a summer bbq.

The rent for the double room is £700 per calendar month and that for the single room is £650 per calendar month.

All bills are included in the rent. Including Internet.

One month advanced and one month deposit will be required.

The rooms will be available to move in on the 1st of February 2024.

I am available for viewing on Tuesdays and Wednesdays anytime to be arranged. The other days I’m only available in the evenings.
