Job Duties

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.Assist with meal planning and preparation.Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.Accompany clients to appointments and outings.Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behaviour.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care.Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals. Knowledge and Skills

Previous Care Experience desired but essential training provided.NVQ level 2 upwardsDriving Licence essentialGood communication skillsProud to care This position involves working with clients in their own homes. The Home Carer may need to travel to clients' residences and provide care in various environments.

The role may require working on weekends and occasional evenings. The Home Carer should be physically fit and able to perform the duties required in a home care setting.
