Plumber Domestic Environments Sub-Contract via Ltd Company 1,500 - 3,000 per week, paid weekly London region.

We are currently recruiting for a Domestic Plumber to join a leading Domestic Property Services company based in / around London.

Your role will involve servicing, attending breakdowns, fault finding and installations of domestic plumbing systems and pipework on a day to day basis.

Short Summary of details:

Rates: 60 per hour spent on-site (Monday - Friday 06:00 - 18:00), 85 per hour out of hours. Paid gross amount into your business account on a weekly basis. Constant flow of work, also able to quote your own works with customers you attend. Hours: 40+ per week Locations: London, zones 1-5 (predominately zones 1-3) Realistic weekly earnings:

25 hours on-site with a customer: 1,500 per week 30 hours on-site with a customer: 1,800 per week 35 hours on-site with a customer: 2,100 per week 35 hours on-site + 6 hours overtime: 2,610 per week 35 hours on-site + 12 hours overtime: 3,120 per week Most businesses fail due to lack of work, building debt and simply not having enough hours in the day to answer all in-coming calls, be a full time engineer, submit quotes, respond to email enquiries, follow up on quotes, all while accounting, advertising and other back-end business operations on the side. This is the perfect opportunity to be kept busy full time, have a constant flow of work, be paid weekly, never have to advertise and being able to switch off when your working day ends.

Overheads:

This role is set-up as a franchise opposed to a basic sub-contractor set up. The company will require you to be in company branded clothing and vehicle.

You will be required to rent the company van for a charge of 142 per week (including congestion charge, road tax and insurance). Your business will responsible for your own fuel and parking costs. Requirements:

Must be a qualified Plumber to City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent. Must hold 5 years+ experience as a Plumber. Must have experience working with private domestic customers. Must be comfortable working installing, replacing and repairing pipework, fault finding, leak detection, internal blockages, taps, washers, hot water supply, cold water supply, water tanks, pumps, water heaters etc. Must be comfortable quoting own works (however the company does have a technical team for larger quotes). Must own or be willing to open a VAT registered Ltd Company. Must be willing to rent company vehicle. Must be happy to work in and around London on a daily basis.
