Part time dog walking staff required for Fluffy Tails.

The position is to work in East Leeds & North Leeds.

We are recruiting a part time dog walkers (usual work days are Monday to Friday, (9.30-2.30) hours to be arranged).

You must have access to a car with a full UK driving licence.

Must be strong willed and willing to work in all weather conditions.

Must have an enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one.

This role would suit a caring mature adult who has a passion for looking after dogs.

Job description

Walking dogs both individually and as part of a group.

Working responsibly as part of a team is crucial, as well as being able to work individually, whilst using your initiative.

You must display excellent personal skills and be able to communicate effectively with other staff and customers, as you will be expected to communicate via WhatsApp messages during working hours.

You will be responsible for collecting dogs from their homes, using a key to access the property and walking their dog/dogs safely.

You may be expected to change your shift at short notice if circumstances change as customers may cancel or want to change their days.

Knowledge of social media would be an advantage but is not essential, as you will be required to update customers with photos of their dogs during walks and posting pictures on Fluffy Tails social media sites.
