My husband and I have had dogs all our lives until a few years ago when our little Jack Russell died of old age.
At the time, we were reluctant to replace her whilst working and away from home during the day.
Our situation then in retirement allowed us to enjoy the company of dogs by looking after other peoples’ - we had become experienced dog sitters.
Unfortunately my husband became seriously ill and died. He was ill for some time and found great comfort in the dogs. They would take turns to sit on his lap and make a fuss of him.
I now look forward to greeting the dogs each morning and looking after their needs. They are very good company and bring comfort.
Some dogs come to me solely for the opportunity to socialise, a basic need for most dogs. It helps them to be more relaxed when they meet other dogs on a walk or in any social environment.
I provide a daycare service for those who are working and don't want to leave their pet at home alone. You can drop your dog/dogs off on your way to work as early as 8am and collect in the evening after work. I would be l happy to discuss any special requirements.
If going out for the evening, why not leave your dog with me to spend an overnight so that you are able to enjoy your evening without having to worry about your pet?
If you are going on holiday for a few days or weeks, I provide a very comfortable home from home.
All dogs share my living space. They enjoy a relaxing evening with me in front of the tele.
The environment is loving, clean and friendly.
In the best interests of all dogs who stay with me, it is necessary that they are vaccinated to the usual recommended standards as follows:-
Canine parvovirus.
Canine distemper virus.
Leptospirosis.
Infectious canine hepatitis.
Kennel cough.
I look after small to medium sized dogs.
Please contact me by phone or text if you would like to discuss your dog/dogs' needs and I will be pleased to provide a quote according to your requirements.
Thank you for taking the time to read my ad.
