Overview

My client is an established Building Services Engineering consultancy that specialise in the design of Mechanical & Electrical systems within all kinds of buildings. They are heavily focused on sustainability and work across a variety sectors (Education, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Defence etc).

This is an opportunity to join their Admin team within Nottingham as a Document Controller, working alongside their Office Manager.

As a Document Controller you will be managing the flow of data from the building services engineers through to the rest of the project team. This will include compiling, reviewing, and maintaining project data/documentation in compliance with quality standards & company procedures. You'll need to be familiar with using document management systems such as 4Projects (4P), Conject and Aconex.

Personality wise, they are seeking someone who is well-organised, has a keen eye for the smaller details, supportive of others whilst having an eagerness to learn yourself.
