An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Industrial Division Manager to join our business and be based in our Walsall Branch.
Division Manager responsibilities include:
As the Industrial Recruitment Division Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our industrial recruitment division. You will develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure the division meets its targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement divisional strategies to achieve recruitment goals aligned with company objectives.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and strategies.
Team Management
- Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters, ensuring their performance and productivity meet set standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique industrial staffing needs.
- Collaborate with clients to tailor recruitment strategies and solutions that align with their requirements.
Recruitment and Sourcing
- Lead the recruitment process for high-profile positions and key accounts within the industrial sector.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and identify top talent, including job boards, networking, and industry events.
Process Improvement
- Continuously assess and enhance the recruitment process to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Implement innovative practices and technologies to improve recruitment outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial recruitment, with a background in team management.
- Strong understanding of the industrial sector and its specific recruitment challenges.
