About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to work within the Distribution Centre. It will be the Warehouse Shift Supervisors responsibility to ensure that health & safety is adhered to at all times and the smooth running of the tasks in the Distribution Centre. Whilst we're professional and committed, it is also a fun, friendly and sociable environment to be in.

About the Accountabilities

Ensure all daily customer orders are picked and despatched on timeEnsure pick accuracy levels and packing standards are met/exceededDaily booking in of all lines received from UK suppliers and Customer Returns within 24 hoursOversee and ensure all daily Bulk storage & Pick face replenishments are carried outEnsure daily stock put–away is cleared and daily stock control tasks are completed Monitor packaging levelsEnsure housekeeping standards are in place and maintained including outside areas (loading Bays/skips)Ensure all staff are wearing correct uniform and PPE where requiredOffer cover for other DC Seniors /Managers for holidays, absence, meetings.Complete daily/weekly/monthly Health & Safety checksPlanning of holiday cover within your teamRegular recorded dialogue with your team, 1:1s.
