My client is searching for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Sunderland, Tyne and Wear offices.

This will be an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team, helping to shape and develop client relationships and enhance their profile in the local market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with a broad and varied dispute resolution caseload.There is also HoD opportunities for the right candidate

Requirements:

• 6+ years PQE with sound experience in dealing with dispute resolution matters • Ideally come with a following or strong connections in the industry• Confident in handling own case load• Exceptional client care skills

Responsibilities

• Company and shareholder disputes• Employment Disputes• Contract disputes• Contentious probate• Warranty claims• Insolvency• Professional negligence claims• Agency disputes• Conducting own advocacy

Desirable:

• Judicial review procedures and petitions to the government• Experience of dealing with banking disputes• Exposure to agricultural issues would be a distinct advantage• Previous business development and networking experience
