My client is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Commercial Litigation team in Holborn, London.

You will be supporting the wider Dispute Resolution group, this will be an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team, helping to shape and develop client relationships and enhance their profile in the local market.

What you'll do

You will deal with a broad range of Commercial Litigation work. Their clients range from large multinationals and financial institutions through to local owner–managed businesses and SMEs and we advise regularly on both domestic and international disputes.

You will be joining a team who offer a depth of experience and insight acting for clients in both claimant and defendant roles, often balancing regulatory compliance, media scrutiny and "bottom –line" commercial drivers. They always consider wider industry circumstances and the organisational requirements and priorities.

Considering these angles means that we are very sensitive about their client's approach to disputes and in every case– we aim to deliver the highest level of care that City headquartered firms cannot always guarantee.

What they're looking for
