Our superb client with offices based in Huntingdon is seeking an experienced Dispatch Manager to be responsible for the team that allocates technicians to projects across the UK. This is a fully office based role.

As Dispatch Manager, you will already have experience in allocating engineers or similar to projects and understand the importance of efficiencies and productivities. You will be responsible for developing, motivating and leading a team, ensure quality and compliance is adhered to at all times, monitoring and auditing quality, working to SLA's, process & continuous improvement, resource planning, performance management, monthly 121's, annual reviews, coaching and setting objectives and KPI's. You will have strong problem solving and resolution skills, deliver inductions and regular team meetings, and much, much more.

As Dispatch Manager, you will have a background in team management and leadership, experience and understanding of dispatching engineers and efficiencies, strategic thinking and continuous improvement, strong experience of performance management. It is essential that you have strong communication skills and good written and verbal communication skills.

In return, for the role of Dispatch Manager, our client is considering a salary of up to 45,000 depending on level of experience, annual bonus, pension, healthcare scheme, life assurance after qualifying period, social events, career development, 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays.
