With a workforce of 260 and operational bases across Wales, this charity is seeking a director to provide executive leadership across 7 substance abuse services.This role is crucial for achieving their service and organisational objectives, maintaining governance standards, and realising the charities ambitions for positive change.

Your impact as Director of Substance Abuse Services:

Collaborating with the CEO and Executive Managers to set strategic goals.Overseeing operations to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.Enhancing operational performance and financial management.Providing leadership and support to Heads of Service and ensuring compliance with policies.Representing the charity in the wider community and strategic meetings.Your impact goes beyond the office; it extends to the individuals and communities the charity serves, making a lasting difference in their lives.

What we're looking for:

Experience of leading a drug and alcohol misuse, mental health or homelessness service.Senior management experience overseeing a team of service managers.Proven problem-solving and project management skills.Demonstrable funding application / Contract tender processing and compliance.Experience in strategic planning, managing budgets and management information reporting.Full, current driving licence and use of a car which is insured for business use.
