Our new Director of Student Services and Safeguarding will oversee the provision, quality and delivery of a comprehensive service that enhances student engagement, inclusion, support and overall well-being. We are looking for an experienced leader who will develop and implement cohesive strategies to ensure optimal levels of student retention, progression and success. The ability to effectively and confidently communicate and collaborate with all internal stakeholders and external agencies is essential to create a holistic, coordinated and positive student experience and safe learning environment for all our learners.
