Are you passionate about transforming student experiences and empowering them for success? DNCG are recruiting a Director of Student Services, experienced in visionary leadership, you will drive initiatives that celebrate student progress, achievement, and readiness for the professional world. Collaborating with key stakeholders, including Assistant Principals, Directors, and the wider People Services Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a vibrant and supportive environment.

We are looking for a vibrant Director to champion the Student Voice framework for impactful change, driving improvements based on feedback and collaborating with departments to celebrate student achievements. You will develop a comprehensive strategy for an outstanding student experience, ensuring exceptional customer service and guidance throughout their journey.

Working cross-functionally, you will cultivate strong working relationships fostering trust and credibility and demonstrate emotional intelligence in navigating complex issues. You will also oversee the upkeep of accurate student records, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and college policies, and manage risks within the department.
