An exciting and prestigious opportunity has arisen to join the company as Director of People and Culture to be based in our Swansea office reporting directly to our Chief Executive.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: GBP52,000 - GBP62,000 per annum dependant on experience and qualifications
Company Vehicle: A company vehicle will be provided which is available for private use
Holidays: 25 days per year (rising incrementally to 32) plus 8 public holidays (pro rata)
Based at: Adferiad Swansea Office, Llansamlet
Role Purpose:
The Director of People and Culture plays a pivotal role in shaping organisational culture and ensuring people are motivated, engaged, and aligned with Adferiad's values and objectives. This senior leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing People strategies that drive employee satisfaction, foster diversity and inclusion, contributing to the overall success of Adferiad.
This is a new role for the organisation and the Director of People and Culture will be responsible for a team of 10 (including 3 management roles) delivering our recruitment, remuneration, reward, and people services, a project manager for our rights affirming work, and Head of Training who leads a team of 4.
We are looking for an individual with proven experience in revising or developing new HR policies and procedures to meet changing organisational needs, and to support the desired organisational culture, high level of integrity and ethical conduct along with evidence of relevant personal development and CIPD level 7 qualified.
