Christ College Brecon is a leading independent co-educational boarding and day school for some 400 pupils aged 11–18. Set within the stunning scenery of the Brecon Beacons National Park in mid Wales, Christ College has a long-established history and tradition as a provider of an outstanding academic and all-round education. Brecon itself is a thriving market town, and the natural environment which surrounds the school offers a wonderful opportunity to engage pupils in a rich extra-curricular programme.
The School is now seeking to appoint an exceptional Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications to take the lead in developing and implementing Christ College’s marketing, admissions and communications strategies, building the already well-recognised brand and promoting Christ College locally, nationally and internationally.

Leading on all pupil recruitment activities, this role is crucial in delivering Christ College’s strategic ambitions to increase its national and international reach.
This is a high-profile, varied and exciting leadership position suited to a high-calibre marketing professional who can demonstrate established and effective leadership skills combined with extensive marketing and communications experience, commercial acumen, stakeholder management and influencing skills gained inside or outside the education sector.
